It is an online marketplace where sellers can sell their products and buyers can purchase them. These terms and conditions, along with the privacy policy listed on the website, are an integral part of the contract between you and “SAHLA.” These terms explain how we collect, use, and process your personal data when you use our services.

These terms and conditions apply to any user of “SAHLA’s” services, whether the user is a “seller” or a “buyer.”

“SAHLA” reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions or any of their provisions, or to add or remove any part of them at any time at the sole discretion of its management, and in response to any changes in applicable laws. These amendments become effective immediately upon the publication of the updated version on the website. Warranty

The warranty for products is handled based on each product’s condition and the policy determined by the seller or manufacturer. “SAHLA” bears no responsibility for following up on warranties or repairing products.

Once all refund conditions are met, the refund will be processed within 15 working days.

Warranty Terms for Sellers

  • The warranty terms and duration depend on the seller and the manufacturer.
  • The number of warranty claims may vary for each product according to the seller’s terms.

Receiving and Delivery Procedures

  • The customer must ensure the product is safely packaged in its original packaging to ensure safe shipping.
  • When delivering the product for maintenance, all accessories such as headphones, batteries, and chargers must be provided.

Service Centers

The warranty and product maintenance are handled by service centers authorized by the manufacturer. “SAHLA” is not responsible for the quality or speed of the service provided by these centers.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping fees will be covered by the Seller.
  • For other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
  • For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

“SAHLA” reserves the right to suspend your access, whether you are a seller or buyer, and to take legal action against you for violating the terms and conditions.

Jurisdiction

In the event of any disputes or disagreements, the jurisdiction shall be subject to Egyptian law. The courts of Cairo will have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

These terms have been published in both Arabic and English, and the Arabic version will prevail in the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the two versions.
